Exhibition guidelines

-Exhibitors can only participate with one or two works.
-Exhibits should be designed to stand in board or rest upon easel.
-Exhibitors should write their address and contact information at the back of exhibits.
-Fee for participation is 150 TRY.
-All participants will be given certificate of participation.
-It is planned to prepare an e-catalog.
-Due date for payment will be announced later. Until due date, all exhibitors must send necessary information for catalog and payment receipt to address which will be announced here.
-Exhibits which get acceptance letter by jury board should be delivered by hand or cargo to the address which will be announced later until due date.
Exhibits which are not delivered until due date will not be evaluated.
- Exhibits will be sent back to address specified by exhibitors by cargo within the announced dates.
Fee and responsibility belong to the exhibitors.
-Exhibitors can take their exhibits at the last day of exhibition or later.
- Those who send their exhibits by cargo are responsible for their fee and delivering their exhibits to the address which will
be announced by Mersin University. -“CURATORS, EXHIBITION ORGANIZING COMMITTE and MERSIN UNIVERSITY” are not responsible for negative situations such as loss or
possible damages when delivering exhibits to exhibitors during transportation and exhibition of works in the end; also not responsible for exhibits which are not taken back within fifteen
days or come back to us due to wrong address statement or any costs related these situations.
